Rolf Wolter qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa with honors (placed 2nd of 939 who wrote the final qualifying exam. Rolf articled with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Johannesburg, South Africa and also spent 2 years with PWC in Germany. After working as audit manager for some years, Rolf filled a number of controller and CFO positions with engineering, manufacturing and trading companies. In addition to the positive contributions made to his various employers, he had a substantial impact toward the turnaround at a manufacturing company by improving costing, accounting and budgeting methods, providing systematic action plans, with measurement and follow up etc.

In 1997 the family moved to Vancouver, Rolf obtained his Canadian Chartered Accountant designation in 1998. After filling the controller position for two corporations, Rolf started his consulting business, focusing on providing full range tax, accounting, financial management, planning consulting services on a personal basis.
